How long does a typical data center project take?

Development timelines depend on project scale and permitting complexity. From site identification to shovel-ready, DCI Partners targets 12–18 months for the permitting and engineering phase, with construction adding another 18–24 months. We provide clients with clear milestone schedules from day one so capacity delivery dates are predictable and bankable.
