Project Overview
Data Center San Felipe is an 80 MW IT capacity development (100 MW maximum site build-out) in the Aconcagua Valley. The site spans 34.6 acres (14 ha), located 500 meters from the San Felipe substation, with multiple international trunk fiber systems running directly in front of the site along Ruta 60. The site is located within 100 km and approximately 1.5 hours' drive from Santiago's Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport.
San Felipe sits directly on the trunk fiber route connecting Chile to Argentina and the Atlantic markets — providing a distinct east-facing connectivity profile that complements the Pacific cable access available at other Chilean locations.

Data Center San Felipe is on the trunk fiber corridor that feeds the Argentine market and connects onward to Atlantic submarine cable systems, giving tenants a unique dual-market reach from a single Chilean location. San Felipe is also located outside the Santiago Metropolitan Region — making it the natural choice for enterprise and hyperscale disaster recovery deployments that require true infrastructure independence. A failure, seismic event, or power disruption affecting the Metropolitan Region does not affect San Felipe operations.

Market Advantage
Santiago's data center market is increasingly congested — with competing developers fighting for the same power capacity, fiber access, and permitting approvals in a tightening corridor, where existing and new projects may struggle to reach full maturity. San Felipe carries none of those constraints.
