Who We Are
DCI Partners is building the infrastructure that will power Latin America's next decade of digital growth. We develop data centers and the energy projects that feed them — bringing together, in one team, the capital, legal, and engineering expertise required to execute complex projects in Chile and across the region.
We are builders, not brokers. Our founding team has spent the last twenty years originating, permitting, financing, and constructing energy and infrastructure assets in Chile — the exact skill set required to deliver data center capacity at the scale this market now demands.
Collin Hamilton — Founder & CEO
Collin is the founder of DCI Partners and the co-founder of Verano Energy, a Chilean solar developer he built from the ground up. At Verano, Collin led the origination, development, and construction of utility-scale solar projects across Chile, navigating the same land, grid, permitting, and PPA dynamics that define data center development today. He founded DCI Partners to channel that experience into the region's most pressing infrastructure opportunity: co-locating reliable power with the compute capacity that Latin America's hyperscalers, enterprises, and AI workloads increasingly require.
Our Team
Alongside Collin, DCI brings together a bench of seasoned developers, attorneys, and engineers with more than twenty years of experience delivering energy and infrastructure projects in the Chilean market. Our team has structured power purchase agreements, closed financing packages, managed environmental and municipal permitting, interconnected to the SEN, and built operational assets across every major Chilean region. We know the Coordinador, the CNE, the SEA, and the private counterparties that move projects from concept to commissioning — because we have worked with them for two decades.
That local fluency, paired with a modern infrastructure mandate, is what sets DCI apart.
